  • Service Provisioning & Billing: Activating user licenses, calculating dynamic monthly or annual cloud storage tier charges based on data size increases, configuring enterprise applets, and providing technical support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Submitting verified billing and identity datasets to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) MyInvois portal for automated e-invoicing verification.
  • System Synchronization: Maintaining accurate data lake integrity, multi-channel updates, security monitoring, and real-time database syncing.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information strictly to trusted third parties required to run our technology services:

To satisfy Section 82 of the Malaysian Income Tax Act 1967, transactional records, legal invoices, and corresponding tax identifiers will be securely retained for a minimum period of seven (7) years.
